Welcome to Tom’s Dining Rooms – formerly Papa Joe's New Orleans. Tom’s is part of the Skandia Group of restaurants, serving food to locals and visitors to Northern Ireland for over 50 years.
Our founder Tom Davis, whom this restaurant is affectionately named after, started the family business in 1968 in College Square East, Belfast under the name Skandia. Our group currently consists of three restaurants: Acton & Sons, Neill’s Hill and Tom’s – part of the Bangor dining scene since 1971.
Our unique menu focuses on a wide range of dishes with amazing sauces and great flavours to tantalise your taste buds. Served in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, we strive to deliver a great dining experience any time of the day.
